Chipotle Ranch Smoky jalapeņo spices up ranch perfectly. Works as a dip or salad dressing for that zesty southwestern taste.

Jamaican Orange Delightful evolution of jerk seasoning.  With just a taste of orange, this is best as a rub for grilled or roasted meats, but makes a lovely and unusual dip, or dressing for crab, shrimp or chicken salad.
Garlic Blue Cheese A full-flavored spread, great with wine and crackers and unbelievable mixed with chopped walnuts and stuffed in baby Portobello mushrooms, served warm or chilled.
Raspberry Horseradish The sweet tang of raspberries combines beautifully with horseradish for an amazing taste.  Use as a dip, spread or dipping sauce for grilled chicken or pork.  Replace sour cream with cream cheese and spread on honey ham for updated ham roll up appetizers.

Salsa Mixes:

Chipotle Salsa This salsa mix offers the lovely taste of roasted jalapenos.  Nice with tomatoes, but wonderful with peaches, apricots, pineapple or even cranberries.  See Recipes for directions on some of these variations.
Habanera Salsa The hottest of all peppers, for those who like it good and hot.  Try it with mango or other fresh fruit for a delicious salsa to serve with fish or chicken.

Salad Dressing Mixes:

Fruited Ginger Salad Dressing Absolutely stunning on field greens salads with chicken, salmon or smoked turkey, red onion rings and apricots, cherries or your favorite fruit.  Substitute extra mayonnaise for buttermilk to make an incredible chicken salad filling for croissant sandwiches.  Match the fruit in the salad with the preserves you mix into the dressing for the most versatile dishes ever.
Thai Dressing This lovely vinaigrette works wonders on simple side salads or on a main dish salad with chicken, pork or steak.
Spicy Mango Dressing Don't stop with regular salads with this one.  Fabulous dressing for shrimp, crab or chicken salad served on bib lettuce or atop melon slices.  Your guests will ask for the recipe!
