artisan dry mixes that are scrumptious, sophisticated and simple to prepare.
At Lighthouse Creations we scour cookbooks, try new
dishes at restaurants and continually look for interesting flavors and
combinations that can be used in our mixes. Sometimes the flavors are spicy,
or a combination of “hot” and sweet. Other times we pair liquors with
sweets, or match wines with savory flavors. They are consistently more
intense flavors, flavors not found elsewhere in mix form.
Our mixes are always quick and easy to prepare. Our
single serve soups are microwaveable and ready in less than five minutes.
Even our family size soups take no more than thirty minutes, from dicing an
onion to serving.
As a bonus, most of our products can be used in more
than one way (a dip for fruit also used as a base for ice cream, or a single
serve soup mix also working as the sauce for a casserole).
Our search for ingredients takes us around the world.
We seek only the best, freshest ingredients and flavors for all our mixes.
Whenever possible, we use all natural products.
We prepare our dip and dessert samples using low fat
ingredients so customers will know how they taste “low fat”. The mixes will
only taste better for those who want “high test”.
When it’s all said and done, our goal is to have
customers say, “Oh, that’s good! And it was so easy too.”
